The unique curved bolster supports the thumb and grip for extra comfort, control and safety. Zwilling J.A. Henckels special formula steel is durable & corrosion resistant. Each knife is sigmaforge, made from a single piece of steel and Friodur ice-hardened. This process enhances the steel and cutting properties, making the steel highly corrosion resistant, sharp, and flexible. After this process, each knife is laser controlled ensuring the blade edge is at the optimal cutting angle for maximum sharpness. The blade is enhanced with a 3-riveted resin handle.
