This kit is for cleaning before and after slicer use. Use the brush and ultra microfibre cloth without adding any sanitizer to quickly clean the slicer before use. Then after use, eliminate residue with the brush and apply the sanitizer to the cloth to start cleaning the steel parts, blade and case. Use the oil with the special nozzle when lubrication of the sliding bars is necessary to reduce wear.
Usable on Flywheel and electric slicers. Comes in an eco-sustainable red paper box.
