This Saya cover is designed to fit snugly to protect the blade when storing or traveling, ensuring your knife stays in top condition. Made from moisture-resistant birch wood, it contains no strong resins, eliminating the risk of corrosion and keeping your blade safe. The cover includes 2 pins for secure closure and is compatible with Mercer’s ZÜM, Renaissance and Genesis 8″ Chef knives and 210mm MX3 Gyuto, plus many other 8″ Chef and 210mm Gyuto knives. Fits only short bolster Genesis 8″ chef knife. Does not fill ful bolster knives.
